My students are what I love the most about my class; they are a wonderful, energetic group of kids and they make my day each morning. Even with their physical challenges they greet me with warm contagious smiles. Those smiles and delightful faces are what make my job wonderful. As a teacher it is my job to differentiate instruction based upon a student’s needs and abilities. I needed a rug for my students as they didn't have a comfortable place to enjoy circle time. A rug would provide my ambulatory and nonambulatory students with a safe haven for circle time, read alouds and leisure time. They needed an area to interact with each other without always sitting in chairs.
