Download data

To explore Google Flu Trends data, you can download files containing weekly estimates. Data is available at a national and, in some cases, state level. Exported data may be used for any purpose, subject to the Google Terms of Service. If you choose to use the information, please make sure to appropriately attribute it to Google. Note: To open these files in a spreadsheet application, we recommend you save each text file as a CSV spreadsheet.

• Current Australia Estimates: this season's ILI estimates, including the current week's data
• Historic Australia Estimates: weekly ILI estimates for previous seasons (beginning with 2006)
• Current Mexico Estimates: recent estimates of relative flu burden for Mexico, including current week's data
• Historic Mexico Estimates: weekly ILI estimates for the previous season (2008-2009)
• Current New Zealand Estimates: this season's ILI estimates, including the current week's data
• Historic New Zealand Estimates: weekly ILI estimates for previous seasons (beginning with 2006)
• Current U.S. Estimates: this season's ILI estimates, including the current week's data
• Historic U.S. Estimates: weekly ILI estimates for previous seasons (beginning with 2003-2004)


• Original U.S. Estimates: weekly ILI estimates for 2003 through 2009, generated using the original Google Flu Trends model
